Important notice: Launcher Software is a private software developer. The App is proprietary content of Launcher Software and is not owned, operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any federal, state, county, city government, governmental department, bureau, division, or agency.

Depending on the features you use, you may voluntarily provide information to the App. Launcher Software only uses information that is reasonably necessary to provide the App's functions and services.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Device or advertising identifiers;
IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;

6. Data Retention

Data stored locally by the App remains on your device until you clear the App's storage, delete the relevant content, reset the App where supported, or uninstall the App.

Information processed independently by third-party service providers may be retained according to the respective provider's privacy policy, legal obligations, and retention practices.

7. Data Deletion

The App does not require you to contact Launcher Software by email in order to delete data that is stored locally on your device. You can delete locally stored App data directly through your Android device settings at any time.

To delete locally stored App data:

Open Settings on your Android device.
Open Apps, Applications, or Application Manager.
Select the App.
Open Storage or Storage & cache.
Tap Clear Data or Clear Storage and confirm.

You may also delete locally stored App data by uninstalling the App using the standard uninstall process available on your Android device or through the applicable mobile application marketplace.

Clearing App data or uninstalling the App deletes data stored locally by the App on that device. Data collected or processed independently by third-party service providers is governed by those providers' own privacy policies and deletion or retention procedures.

8. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop future collection of information by the App by uninstalling it. Where supported by your device, you may also manage advertising preferences, reset your advertising identifier, or restrict personalized advertising through your device settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. If Launcher Software becomes aware that personal information from a child under the applicable minimum age has been collected contrary to applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to address the matter.

10. Security

Launcher Software uses reasonable measures to protect information associated with the App. However, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Launcher Software in connection with the App. Third-party websites, services, SDKs, or platforms linked to or used by the App are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
